Our standard return policy is as follows: Any helmet purchased, that is not a discontinued model*, may be returned or exchanged, depending on the helmet and circumstance, within 2 weeks of its receipt. No return will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER written on the outside of the package. To start the return process, please contact us requesting your RMA number.
All Returns must still be in BRAND NEW SELLABLE CONDITION, including the helmet box and protective plastic bag and with all original tags attached. Please pack your returns with extreme care, as you are responsible for the condition of the returned helmet.
If the return was due to an error on our part (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong helmet), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the shipment of the helmet, its return, and the reshipment of the correct helmet, so feel confident that you will get what you pay for. Please contact us with any unusual circumstances prior to making your return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (for example, you ordered it and then decided that you don't want it) you, the buyer, accept full responsibility for all shipping costs back to our warehouse. Unless your return is part of an exchange for a different helmet, we charge a 15% restocking fee plus our outgoing shipping cost.
Decals: We will replace any helmet that has mis-applied decals. A bubble in a decal can usually be easily fixed by warming it using a blow dryer set at low or medium and then smoothing down the bubble using a soft cloth. All decals for each helmet model are the same size and color, so size and color are typically not reasons for a full-refund return.
Display Cases: Our helmet display cases are hand-made as ordered and are not returnable.
Packages that are returned to us marked as "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee which is imposed solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens. If a package is lost or misdirected due to a customer having incorrectly inputted their address, we will accept no responsibility. We have no control over the addresses that are typed on the order checkout pages as they are automatically fed into our system, so please make sure you have typed in the correct address.
All refunds will be applied to the original means of payment. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
